For this position, you must be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours a week, be a fast learner, have an energetic nature and be able to work confidently behind the bar and serving positions. You must have prior experience in working in a fast-paced restaurant, be skilled in preparing and serving a wide range of cocktail drinks as well as other non-alcoholic beverages, and enjoy engaging with customers while serving. You should be someone who responds well under pressure and enjoy learning and sharing about Singaporean food and culture.
