What we would LOVE from you:

Looking for a charming, energetic character with a natural ability to lead and motivate a team. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and able to multi task, work well under pressure and run a tight ship in a high volume but very fun environment. Be able to demonstrate a workable knowledge of the financial side of the business, to include the P&L, stock control and labour. Ideally be in possession of a personal licence.
